  • Egglicious units: 30
  • Mascarpone cheese: 500 g
  • Sugar: 200 g
  • Egglicious coffee syrup: 500 ml
  • Cream: 2 dl
  • Dark Chocolate to taste
  • Vanilla extract: 1 coffeespoon

Preparation (serves 6)

  1. Whisk the mascarpone with
    sugar until complete mixture of the sugar crystals and add 1 coffeespoon of
    vanilla extract.

  2. In another bowl, whisk the cream until it thickens. Incorporate with the above mixture, involving gently.

  3. In a bowl, place 500 ml of coffee syrup and soak the Egglicious units for 2 minutes. Remove the Egglicious units with the help of a slotted spoon. Do not soak too many Egglicious units at the same time to avoid damage.

  4. Cover the bottom of a large bowl with Egglicious units. Spread over them a layer of mascarpone cream. Repeat again with an extra layer of Egglicious units and mascarpone cream.

  5. Pop in the fridge for 2 hours.

  6. Before serving, sprinkle over grated dark chocolate.

Vanilla Ice-cream with Egglicious

In each dessert plate, scoop one vanilla ice-cream ball. On the opposite side of the dish, place 3 Egglicious units previously soaked in Egglicious orange syrup for 1 minute. Draw some arabesques on the dish with caramel around the Egglicious units. You may use other options as syrup, for example, lemon or almond.

Light Desserts

Add to one natural unsweetened Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener as desired. Add a drop of vanilla extract and whisk the mixture altogether. Baste Egglicious with yogurt cream. On each Egglicious put pieces of sliced fruits at will. This dessert is delicious with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or kiwi.

Egglicious Chocolate Candies


  • 12 mini Egglicous
  • Dark chocolate to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of cream


Cover the top of the mini Egglicious with a topping of dark chocolate or ganache and set aside in the fridge. On a platter place regularly spaced 3 drops of the Egglicious syrup you like best. Over each spot of syrup, place a Egglicious and let soak up the syrup for 2 minutes. It may be served as an accompaniment to coffee or tea.

Savory Snacks

Use Egglicious as a starting point for tasty appetizers. Baste Egglicious with one or more of the following toppings:

  • Liver Paté with “cornichons” and chopped cilantro

  • Salmon Paté with fennel and
    Greek yogurt

  • Smoked salmon with sour cream
    and dill

  • Smoked eel with Greek yogurt
    and tarragon

  • Shrimp paste with pineapple

  • Smoked herring with Greek yogurt
    and chives

  • Ricotta cheese with herbs and pepper

  • Tuna Paté with mayonnaise and olives

  • Simple caviar with lemon
